In order to be considered for the EHLS Program, you must complete an application form, provide required supporting documents, and complete an Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) in English.
The Components of an Application
- The online application form is where you demonstrate that you meet the eligibility requirements and show that you are a strong candidate for the program, as defined in the selection criteria.
- The supporting documentation includes a résumé, a transcript, and references.
- The Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) allows you to demonstrate your English speaking abilities. You must meet the minimum standard of a Limited Working Proficiency (ILR 2) to be considered for the EHLS program.
